Online shop for traders

We kindly remind you that in order to facilitate shopping procedures and later contract handling within the framework of cookies, the subscriber’s IP data is stored as well as his or her first name and surname, the street and house number, postcode, place, country and company (if specified). Furthermore, the following data is stored by us for the purposes of contract handling: first name and surname, email, phone, postcode, country, federal state, street and house number, place and tax number. The data provided by you is necessary in order to fulfil contracts or pre-contractual measures, without which we would be unable to conclude a contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, excepting transmission to our assigned carrier/shipping company to allow delivery of goods and to our tax consultant in order to fulfil our fiscal requirements. When the shopping process is stopped, the data stored with us is deleted. When a contract is concluded, all data pertaining to the contractual relationship is stored until the statutory retention period is over. The data concerning name, address, goods purchased, and date of purchase is stored beyond this period until the termination of product liability.
